Aldi takes care of its employees by offering competitive wages and benefits. Once you are a part of the team, you will receive an employee ID number to login to My HR and MyAldi. After signing in you will get access to:

  • Your shift schedule.
  • Work-related information.
  • Benefits.
  • Insurance.

Log in MyHR Portal for Aldi Employees

Aldi MyHR helps staff members quickly get access to job-related information, submit vacation requests, contact HR staff, print W-2 forms, and other HR needs. You will need a device with a good internet connection.

  1. In your browser, go to the Ultipro page at https://aldi.ultipro.com/myhr.
  2. In the first «User name» field, enter your 6-digit employee ID number.
  3. Then enter your password.
  4. Note! If this is the first time you login, the default password is set. It consists of «ALDI@» + last 4 digits of your employee ID number + first 2 letters of your last name. For example, an employee John Smith with ID number 239617, his default password would be ALDI@9617Sm.

  5. Click on Sign in.
  6. Note! Upon first login, you will be prompted to change your password. You will need to answer the security question. If you make a mistake, your account risks being blocked.

How to Reset MyHR Password

When you have forgotten your password or want to change it, proceed as follows:

  1. Press on Forgot your password? on the login page.
  2. Enter your «User name» or if you've already received an access code, type it in with your ID #.
  3. Click on Go. You should receive a reset link by email, please follow the instructions in the email.
  4. Note! If you receive a notification «Information entered is incorrect or there is a problem with your account. Re-enter your information or contact your system administrator», please check if you entered your ID number properly or try again later.

  5. After following the link, you will have to answer the security question and set a new password.

Sign in MyAldi USA

MyAldi USA is the portal for customers and partners as well as employees and related parties. To login you should:

  1. Go to myaldi.com in your browser and click Sign in button on the bottom right.
  2. Choose the login method that is most convenient for you:
    • With ALDI account.
    • With Credentials.
  3. Enter your "Username. It is the same username you would use to log into your office computer or ACE.
  4. Enter your password and hit Sign in.
  5. Note! If you do not remember your passcode you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot password? Enter Username or email address. If you do not have an ALDI email address, please use the email you have saved to MyHR.

After signing in eligible users of MyALDI USA get access to additional self-service features, such as:

  • Employee schedule (MySchedule).
  • Employee handbook.
  • ALDI communication and news.
  • MyAldi benefits info.
  • Users manuals and help info.
  • Access to many Aldi apps.

How to Change MyAldi Password.

The first time an employee logs in to the portal, he uses the default password - «Ald1-start». For security reasons it needs to be changed as soon as possible. To do this:

  1. Click on your profile picture and choose «Manage Security».
  2. Complete the fields «Old Password» & «New Password».
  3. Note! It must be minimum 10 characters long and contain at least 3 of the following:
    - Capital letter
    - Small letter
    - Number and special character

  4. Click on Save.
  5. Scroll down for security questions. Choose questions and write down the answers. If you forget your password, to reset it you will be prompted a random question from this list.
